Kostas Kastaniotis has kindly sent us this image of his Navara D40 Top op Cover Tonneau Lid, with stainless Steel Styling Bars all the way from Athens, Greece. The B-Spoke Top Up Cover  sets off this D40 in GNO Black. The Lid is in the fully extended position and is unique as it can be driven in this position allowing the vehicle to carry loads higher than the load rails.
